Day 1 (Weds): Arrive Santiago de Compostella, ignore it, transfer to Sarria 
Day 2 (Thurs): Walk to Portomarin 24km
Day 3 (Fri): Walk to Palas de Rei 24km
Day 4 (Sat): Walk to Melide 14km (doddle! Might actually feel like we're on holiday)
Day 5 (Sun): Walk to Arzua 14km (well it is a day of rest after all)
Day 6 (Mon): Walk to Rua 19km
Day 7 (Tues): Walk to Santiago de Compostella 18km. Be more attentive and marvel at the amazing cathedral etc
Day 8 (Weds): Fly home
