The time is now ...

As you start each day on the Camino it is almost impossible to not reflect on the millions who have gone before over the centuries. On this well trodden route you continuously exchange pleasantries and stories with fellow travellers and then move on. There is something quite liberating about these fleeting encounters and it reminds me of some good advice I once received. Don't dwell on things that have happened - bad or good.
